- We have a 1 Hour Minimum Service Fee Policy.
- *$75 fee for no shows.
- Rates for subcontractors will vary.
- $90 fee for bounced checks.
- Special Equipment Rental Is Billable To The Client.
- Invoices are due within 30 days of being issued.
- A $25 late fee will be applied after 30 days which will compound weekly.
HandymanPlus Services offers you 3 hours for free to receive an estimate for your project. If your project requires additional time, upon approval from you, we charge $75 an hour to complete it. If required, additional charges would include R&D for your project, second assessments, creation of drawings, creating material lists and plans, and researching products. This charge will be billable to you once the estimate is delivered, but can also be rolled into your project billing when you accept our estimate.
Cancellation PolicyLife happens - believe me, we get it. We're also working very hard to meet everyone's needs. When we show up at someone's house for work and no one is home, it's a real drag. For that reason, we have the following cancellation policies:
- If something comes up, please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.
- A no-show or failure to cancel your appointment in advance will result in a $75 fee.
Travel time is free, except for locations more than 30 minutes away. Shopping/spending time making purchases for our clients is billable to the client.
